Halo Plot

Halo was the first game of its kind it has revolutionised gaming.  The plot is Master Chief, a spartan supersoldier is awoken from his cryogenic sleep to fight the newly discovered "Covenant" a collection of  religios aliens intent on starting "the great journey" the Covenant are mainly Grunts, Elites, Jackals and Hunters Grunts and jackals are the main infantry the elites Boss them around and Hunters are pretty much the hardest of them all.  The master chief is reuinited with his A.I Cortana at the bridge of the UNSC (United Nations Space Command) Pillar of Autumn which is forced to crash land on the surface of a strande ring later refered to as "Halo" a forerunner structure.  On the ring Master Chief is attacked by more of the covenant and is told to rescue the pillar of autumns captain jacob Keyes but on the way he is interupted by "Guilty spark" a forerunner A.I who tells the chief about "The flood" ,the Covenant belive Halo  to be a relic where as it is really a weapon capable of wiping out all sentient life throughout the galaxy.  Chief is then given the extra task of stopping "The Flood" from spreading.  The Flood are a paracitic plague caple of taking over any living organism in their path the take contol of dead marines and Elites and are caple of doing this while they are still alive they need a gravemind to controll them and tragically Jacob Keyes becomes this.  Cortana later tells chief about  the real purpose of Halo Chief had been told it was capable of killing the flood but he didn't know it could kill everthing else with it.  He then has to destroy Halo so it can't be activated.  Cortana realises that the pillar of autumns engines might create enough of a blast to destroy the ring. The flood become a challenge to fight but the mission is sucessful the ship blows up Cheif and cortana escape in a longbow.  and the flood or no more, or are they?...
